We hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it — provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
🧴 Hygiene & Safety
As we sell beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Once the seal or packaging has been broken, the right to return expires.
⏳ Return Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register your return.
After registration, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
📦 How to Return an Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Send the package back using a shipping service of your choice (return shipping costs are at your own expense).
💰 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or damaged product).
⚠️ Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if:
